rif programmes — Cyprus businesses can access new funding through RIF programmes, aimed at bolstering the private sector’s innovation and competitiveness. The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF), a cornerstone of the country’s research and innovation landscape, is introducing a series of funding programmes with a total budget of €18,015,000.
The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve), acting as the coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network Cyprus, is facilitating this initiative. The RIF’s funding aims to enhance the competitiveness and international outreach of Cypriot businesses, encouraging innovation across various sectors.
In a bid to ensure that businesses are well-informed about these opportunities, RIF plans to hold a series of information sessions across all districts. These sessions will provide valuable insights into the funding programmes and how businesses can benefit from them.
To offer personalised support, a representative from RIF will be available at the Keve offices on specific dates for one-on-one meetings with company representatives. These meetings will take place from 08:00 to 15:00 on:
- 4 and 18 September
- 2, 16 and 30 October
- 13 and 27 November
- 11 December
These appointments aim to address any questions business representatives may have, ensuring that each company receives tailored guidance. Interested businesses must schedule their meetings in advance with the RIF officer.
With these initiatives, the RIF is not only aiming to support existing businesses but also to foster a culture of innovation that can lead to long-term economic growth in Cyprus.
