Cyprus SMEs are being asked to share their views on digital challenges and opportunities as part of a new initiative led by the Enterprise Europe Network Cyprus. This effort aims to influence future European Union policies on digitalisation.

The European Commission has launched the SME Panel Digital Omnibus Survey 2025, which seeks to gather feedback from small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe. The network, coordinated locally by the chamber of commerce (Keve), has taken the initiative to inform Cypriot businesses about this significant opportunity.

Christina Panayides, an officer at Keve, stated, “Your input will help the commission better understand the digital challenges and opportunities faced by businesses like yours.” The survey is intended not only to collect insights but also to shape future EU digital policy and support measures.

Participating businesses can share their experiences regarding digital tools, platforms, and technologies they utilise. The survey is designed to identify barriers and needs related to digital transformation within SMEs, allowing policymakers to tailor their support effectively.

<p“The survey is short and straightforward, and responses will remain confidential,” added Panayides, encouraging businesses to engage in the process. “Take part and make your voice heard.”
