norwegian woman — Pathologists have found no signs of physical trauma on a 49-year-old Norwegian woman discovered dead in her Paralimni flat on Thursday. The ongoing investigation into her unexplained death continues, as police seek to uncover the circumstances surrounding this incident.

The post-mortem examination, conducted by pathologists Angeliki Papetta and Orthódoxos Orthodóxou at Nicosia General Hospital, revealed no visible injuries or X-ray evidence that could explain her demise. As the investigation unfolds, authorities have not ruled out any scenarios pending the results of toxicology and other laboratory tests.

The woman had reportedly been suffering from serious health problems, which may provide context to her tragic death. Police discovered her body at approximately 1.55pm on Thursday after a concerned relative, who had not heard from her, alerted the authorities. Officers entered the first-floor apartment through a window to access the scene.

Following the discovery, police collected evidence from the apartment, which has since been sent for scientific analysis. Additionally, officers are in the process of taking statements from the woman’s family members, aiming to gather more information that might shed light on her final hours.
