Thunderstorms: Weather Conditions and Forecast
Today’s weather is characterised by mainly clear skies, though localised low cloud and patchy fog are anticipated early in the day. As the afternoon progresses, cloud cover will increase, leading to isolated showers and thunderstorms, especially in the mountainous and inland regions.
Winds will begin lightly, at force three, before shifting gradually to a south-westerly and then north-westerly direction, reaching force three to four. Gusts could peak at force five along southern coasts. The sea conditions will be described as slight to moderate.
Temperature Predictions
Temperature readings are expected to reach 35°C inland, while coastal areas will see temperatures around 30°C. The western coasts are predicted to be slightly cooler at 27°C, and higher peaks will register around 25°C.
