Stephanis store: Strategic Location for the New Store
The Stephanis Store Network has confirmed plans to construct this state-of-the-art facility on Spyros Kyprianou Avenue, previously known as General Timayia. This location is conveniently situated near the port roundabout and is just three minutes by car from the existing Stephanis outlet in Larnaca.
Impressive Size and Facilities
Spanning a total area of 3,500 square metres, the new store will feature 2,500 square metres of showroom space spread across two floors, complemented by an additional 1,000 square metres of warehouse space on a separate third floor. This design is expected to enhance the shopping experience by providing a wide range of products.
The ground floor will include covered parking for 52 vehicles, ensuring customer convenience. Access to the store will be facilitated by lifts and escalators, making it easier for shoppers to navigate the space.
Continuing a Legacy of Excellence
This investment marks a significant milestone for the Stephanis Store Network, as it continues to expand its footprint in Cyprus. The new Larnaca store is set to surpass the recently opened flagship store in Egkomi, Nicosia, which opened in 2023. Upon completion, it is anticipated to become the largest Stephanis location in the country.
Construction Timeline and Future Offerings
Construction on the new store has already begun, with an expected opening date in 2027. The ambitious project aims to create a comprehensive technology space, housing various product categories including mobile phones, computers, televisions, audio equipment, gaming devices, energy products, household appliances, and seasonal items.
