Limassol greens: Residential Developments and Community Life
The first 74 residences, consisting of 22 villas and 52 apartments in the Robin East and Robin West buildings, were officially handed over in September 2025. This marked the establishment of a permanent residential community, fostering daily activities and social engagement among residents.
Golf Course Launch and Facilities
October 2025 saw the golf course’s full operation, designed by esteemed architect Cabell B. Robinson. With a length of 6,300 metres, the course opened to members on 1 October and to the public on 1 December. Its design, featuring Tahoma 31 grass and a layout that utilises the natural terrain, positions Limassol on the global golfing map.
The golfing experience is complemented by a 320-metre driving range equipped with 30 TrackMan technology screens, catering to both beginners and seasoned players. The Golf Academy aims to introduce newcomers to the sport, contributing to a growing golf community in Cyprus.
Community Engagement and Tournaments
Within months of opening, Limassol Greens welcomed 100 active golf members, many of whom had not previously engaged with the local golf scene. This diverse membership reflects the expanding appeal of the sport and the project’s role in fostering a multicultural environment.
Competitive events commenced on 31 January 2026 with the inaugural Winter Open Tournament, drawing over 100 participants. This event marked the start of a structured programme of tournaments and private events, further enhancing the project’s contribution to sports tourism and corporate hospitality.
