After the initial threat, the landlord returned with a group of masked individuals. The tenants, comprising the 39-year-old victim, a 41-year-old, and a 23-year-old, fled their residence in fear. However, the assailants pursued them, ultimately intercepting the group on the street.
During the confrontation, the 39-year-old sustained serious injuries, including a head laceration, a skull fracture, and fractured ribs. The violence left him requiring immediate medical attention, and he is now recovering at a private hospital.
