The Fire Service received a life rescue call at 07:29 and quickly dispatched a rescue team and vehicle from Monovolikos Fire Station. Upon arrival, they found the driver trapped inside the vehicle, which had left its lane and collided with a wall.
Firefighters used specialized rescue equipment to extricate the woman safely from the wreckage. Once freed, she was handed over to an ambulance crew, who transported her to the Accident and Emergency department of Limassol General Hospital for further evaluation.
