This move not only strengthens doValue’s position in the market but also broadens the range of outsourced customer-support services available across Cyprus.
Founded in Cyprus, Omnitouch offers a variety of services including inbound and outbound call-centre operations, online support, identity verification, and confirmation services. The company is well-regarded for its interactive voice response solutions, catering to sectors such as banking, financial services, technology, and public services.
The CEO of doValue Cyprus, Varnavas Kourounas, expressed that this partnership is a crucial element of the company’s strategic plan, aimed at enhancing long-term value for both customers and partners. He stated, “This acquisition marks another essential step in the strategic plan of doValue, further strengthening its position in the market.”
Omnitouch’s president, Alexandros Diogenous, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration, noting that it will bring added value to both companies. He emphasised the commitment of both organisations to deliver high-quality services that contribute to the economic development of Cyprus.
doValue Cyprus is part of the doValue Group, the largest independent loan and property-management group in Southern Europe. Headquartered in Italy, the group manages assets totalling around €136 billion and holds a leading position in countries such as Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Cyprus.
With this acquisition, doValue Cyprus not only enhances its service offerings but also solidifies its role as the largest independent loan manager in Cyprus, while continuing to operate Altamira Real Estate, the island’s largest property sales platform.
