trading suspension — The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced an extension of the trading suspension for four companies listed on the Emerging Companies Market. This decision will take effect on April 20, 2026, impacting Rianeson Investments Plc, G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd, A.J. Green Shell Plc, and K. Kouimtzis S.A.

  • The CSE has indicated that trading may resume sooner if the affected companies rectify their outstanding obligations.

The CSE’s move follows Article 183 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law, as the reasons for the suspension remain valid. Rianeson Investments Plc and A.J. Green Shell Plc have failed to submit their Annual Financial Reports for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. Additionally, they have not published their Half-Yearly Financial Reports for the period ending June 30, 2025.

K. Kouimtzis S.A. has also been noted for its ongoing non-compliance, as the company does not maintain the necessary services of a Nominated Advisor. Moreover, K. Kouimtzis S.A. has not issued or published its financial report for the half-year period ending June 30, 2025.

G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd is facing continued suspension due to its failure to submit and publish its Half-Yearly Report for the same period. The extension of this suspension will last for two months, with trading set to remain halted until June 22, 2026.

The CSE has indicated that trading may resume sooner if the affected companies rectify their outstanding obligations.
