Anti-bullying: Unpacking the Film’s Message
I See You follows the journey of a student grappling with bullying, delving into the emotional and psychological toll of such experiences. A poignant aspect of the film is the use of white stones, symbolising the heavy burden that victims carry.
In a striking climax, the student’s classmates come together to support the victim, forming the message “I See You.” This moment was described by organisers as a powerful representation of empathy, solidarity, and shared responsibility among peers.

Additionally, the project highlights the vital role of bystanders, emphasising that those who witness bullying can play an essential part in stopping it through their support and proactive measures.
Celebrating Student Creativity
The students behind the film include Styliana Charalambous, Fotini Gypsiotis, Vasiliki Kakouri, Maria Neokleous, Chrysovalanto Christofi, and Marios Skallas. Their effort was supported by teachers Eleni Xanthoudaki Varnavas, Dimitra Aristodimou, Mary Armostis, and assistant headteacher Kleanthis Kleanthos, who guided the creative process.
The education ministry expressed pride in the school’s achievement, stating that this project illustrates how young people can positively contribute to societal issues when given the opportunity to express themselves.
