Freedom Holding Corp. has reported remarkable financial results with a revenue of $1.7 billion for the nine months ending December 31, 2025. This impressive figure reflects the company’s robust performance across its diverse financial services.

For the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, Freedom Holding Corp. generated a net revenue of $628.6 million. The net income for this period stood at $76.2 million, while earnings per share were recorded at $1.27. Over the nine-month period, the net income totalled $145.4 million, with basic earnings per share reaching $2.43.

Freedom holding: Growing Customer Base Fuels Success

As of December 31, 2025, Freedom Holding Corp. has successfully expanded its customer base to 7.2 million. This growth is attributed to various segments, including an increase in brokerage accounts to 828,000, a rise in banking service users to 4.5 million, and insurance customers reaching 1.2 million. The company’s SuperApp, which has become the most downloaded application in Kazakhstan, boasts 4.3 million users.

Timur Turlov, the Founder and CEO of Freedom Holding Corp., remarked on the results: “We continue to develop our digital ecosystem by integrating traditional brokerage and banking with everyday consumer services. This ecosystem supports a wide range of use cases, from daily purchases such as groceries and tickets to transactions involving complex investment instruments.” He emphasised that the strategy of building a trusted operating environment is yielding positive results with over 7 million customers now using the platform.

Strategic Partnerships and Technological Advancements

A significant highlight for the company was the signing of a strategic agreement with the Government of Kazakhstan and OpenAI, Inc. This agreement, signed on November 6, 2025, in Washington, D.C., aims to provide 165,000 teachers in Kazakhstan with access to ChatGPT Edu, an educational version of ChatGPT designed with enhanced privacy and data management mechanisms. Freedom Holding Corp. will be responsible for funding this initiative, while OpenAI will supply the platform and localized support. The Government of Kazakhstan will oversee the project’s coordination at an institutional level.
