drugs — Two people were arrested on Sunday by the drugs squad Ykan after a search of their home uncovered various suspect items. The couple, a 33-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, had their residence searched, leading to the discovery of multiple illegal substances.

During the operation, authorities found 136 grams of cannabis, 12 grams of cocaine, 2 grams of amphetamines, and 20 ecstasy tablets. Additionally, a precision scale and a sum of cash were also confiscated, indicating possible intent to distribute.

The arrested individuals are currently being held to assist with ongoing police enquiries. The Ykan Limassol unit is continuing its investigations to determine the full extent of the operation and any further connections.
