Two 30-year-old men have been remanded in custody following the discovery of over 500g of cocaine during a police operation in Limassol. The arrests occurred around 10pm on Friday when officers from the Limassol drug squad (Ykan) stopped a vehicle carrying the suspects.

Following their arrest, the men appeared before the Limassol district court on Saturday, where they were remanded for a period of six days. This time will allow law enforcement to continue their investigations into the suspects’ suppliers and associates.
