The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced the continued suspension of trading for several New Market companies, highlighting ongoing compliance issues.

Trading suspension: Suspension Extended Until June 2026

On Thursday, the CSE council confirmed that the trading suspension will remain in effect for an additional two months, now set to last until June 22, 2026. This decision supports a previous announcement made on April 16, 2026, indicating that the affected companies have not yet met their outstanding obligations.

Affected Companies

The companies impacted by this trading suspension include:

  • Rianeson Investments Plc
  • G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd
  • K. Kouimtzis S.A.
  • A.J. Green Shell Plc

Reason for Suspension

The CSE reiterated that the continuation of the suspension is necessary due to the failure of these companies to fulfil their pending continuous obligations. The exchange has made it clear that the suspension could be lifted earlier if compliance is achieved.
