Makarios avenue: Closure Schedule and Traffic Management
The northern section of Makarios Avenue, specifically between Spyros Kyprianou and Evagoras streets, will be closed during the weekends of December 6-7, 13-14, 20-21, and 27-28. These closures are set to begin at 10:00 and conclude at 22:00 each day.
Additional Closure Dates for Events
In addition to the weekend closures, the municipality has announced further temporary closures on December 1, 2025, from 17:30 to 19:30, and on January 6, 2026, from 19:00 to midnight. These additional closures will facilitate special events planned as part of the festive celebrations.
