This extraordinary payout totals €67.18 million, originating from taxed and undistributed profits from the 2022 and 2023 financial years. After accounting for a 5 per cent withholding tax, shareholders will receive a net amount of €0.475 per share.
Jumbo payout: Important Dates for Shareholders
Shares will trade ex-dividend on March 23, 2026, with investors registered in the Dematerialised Securities System on March 24, 2026, entitled to this distribution. The payment process is set to commence on March 30, 2026, through Eurobank S.A. Payments will be facilitated via central securities depository participants, including banks and investment firms.
Special Cases Handling
For special cases such as heirs, liquidation accounts, or temporary transfer accounts, Jumbo S.A. has indicated that these will be managed through the bank’s branch network after the completion of relevant legal procedures.
Unclaimed Amounts and Expiration
Shareholders should note that any unpaid amounts after July 1, 2026, will only be available at the company’s offices in Moschato, Attica. Furthermore, the right to collect the distribution will expire five years after the end of the year in which the entitlement arises, after which any unclaimed funds will be transferred to the Greek state as per applicable legislation.
