The Digital Cooperation Organisation (DCO) has launched its Global Expert Community (GEC), a new initiative aimed at mobilising expertise to enhance digital cooperation among member states and beyond.

AlYahya explained that the initiative seeks to unite experts from various sectors and regions to accelerate knowledge exchange and foster international partnerships. “By bringing together experts from across sectors and regions, we aim to accelerate knowledge exchange, foster collaboration, and support the development of practical solutions that drive meaningful and measurable impact through international digital cooperation,” she remarked.

The DCO anticipates that the Global Expert Community will cover numerous priority areas within the digital economy. These areas include:
