The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced the continuation of the suspension of trading for ZREES Fraction Plc shares on the Emerging Companies Market. This suspension will last an additional two months, ending on October 27, 2025.

According to the CSE, the decision to extend the suspension was made under Article 185 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law. The reasons prompting this action remain unchanged, primarily due to the company’s ongoing failure to maintain the services of a nominated advisor—a requirement for all listed companies.

In addition to the lack of a nominated advisor, ZREES Fraction Plc has not submitted its annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2023. The company has also neglected to publish its half-yearly financial report for the period ending June 30, 2024, and has failed to provide its annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2024.

The CSE stated that the suspension will be lifted if ZREES Fraction Plc meets these obligations during the suspension period. This ongoing suspension affects all trading of the company’s shares, and investors are advised to remain vigilant regarding these restrictions.

This extension follows previous enforcement actions against ZREES Fraction Plc for non-compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. The situation highlights the importance of fulfilling obligations set by the exchange to ensure transparency and accountability in the market.
