ai training — ai training — Cypriot businesses are set to benefit from a subsidised training programme focused on the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their operations. Organised by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve), the seven-hour training will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the Almyra Hotel in Paphos.
- Interested individuals are encouraged to complete the electronic participation statement by Thursday, November 20, 2025, to secure their spots in this valuable training programme.
The initiative aims to equip professionals with practical skills in advanced AI tools, enhancing productivity and fostering innovation across various sectors. Titled “Training in the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) Effective Integration of Artificial Intelligence into Business Processes,” the programme will cover essential aspects of deploying these tools within business frameworks.
Participants will be introduced to prominent AI tools such as ChatGPT from OpenAI, Gemini from Google, and Claude from Anthropic. The curriculum is designed to demystify how these Generative AI tools function, including how they generate responses to queries and the potential risks involved.
Throughout the training, attendees will learn to formulate effective interactions with language models, allowing them to extract the most pertinent information for their specific needs. By the end of the session, participants will be able to describe the fundamental capabilities of Generative AI systems and identify key considerations for crafting effective prompts.
Advanced techniques of prompt formulation will also be covered, including the use of frameworks for particular scenarios and the incorporation of feedback loops. One of the primary goals is to align business requirements with the capabilities of Generative AI, enabling attendees to generate relevant answers and solutions tailored to their organisations.
Participants will engage in practical exercises that illustrate how AI models interpret and respond to various forms of communication. This hands-on approach will empower them to leverage AI tools across different fields effectively.
The training is subsidised, with the final cost for participants set at €80, following a €140 subsidy from the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (Anad). This discount reduces the original fee of €220, making the training more accessible to a wider audience.
Scheduled from 08:45 to 16:45, the session will be conducted in Greek, targeting directors, scientific personnel, and administrative staff from various departments such as marketing, accounting, and human resource development.
Trainers Monika Odysseos and Rozmari Hadjicharalambous will lead the seminar. Odysseos holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, an MSc in Risk Management, and is an ACA chartered accountant with a background in AI development. Her experience includes working with numerous clients on ethical AI applications, and she is well-versed in the European AI Act.
Hadjicharalambous, a business consultant with expertise in Data Science and AI, brings valuable insights from her background in Economics and Business Analysis. Together, they aim to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the evolving landscape of AI in business.
