Residents described the moment the fire ignited, with one local stating, “The explosions were very loud, and shortly after we saw the factory engulfed in flames.” The sounds of the blasts prompted immediate concern for safety, leading authorities to initiate evacuations of homes situated close to the factory.
Emergency Services Respond Quickly
Strong firefighting forces were mobilised to tackle the inferno, working through the night to contain the flames.
