Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna was particularly enthusiastic, exclaiming, “Cyprus is beautiful, really.” His delight was evident as he shared his experience of swimming in the warm waters, noting that temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius were quite a treat for someone from the Nordic region.
